The cache stored from the regular browser you're using may cause unexpected behavior while working with QuickBooks. To isolate this, open your browser in incognito/private mode. This mode does not use existing cache data files to load a website.
To save time, use one of these keyboard shortcuts:
- Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Google Chrome, press CTRL + Shift + N
- Safari: press Command + Shift +N
