Why when I click on trips on laptop to assign the mileage to personal or business it scrolls the trips and goes back to step 1 and doesn't assign the trip. Why?

Let's take some troubleshooting steps so we can assign the mileage, @tdmallc.

The cache stored from the regular browser you're using may cause unexpected behavior while working with QuickBooks. To isolate this, open your browser in incognito/private mode. This mode does not use existing cache data files to load a website.

To save time, use one of these keyboard shortcuts:

• Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
• Google Chrome, press CTRL + Shift + N
• Safari: press Command + Shift +N

Using other supported browsers can help us to reduce the cause of this behavior.
