First, let's start by opening a private browser to start a new session. Below are some keyboard shortcuts that you can refer:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N.
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N.

If it works, you can clear the cache and cookies of your regular web browsers. Here's an article for your reference: Delete or disable cache and temporary internet files in your web browser.


However, if the issue persists, you may need to reach out to our Customer Care Team so they can conduct further investigation.


Here’s how you can reach them:

  1. Click the Help icon in the upper right of the screen.
  2. Select Contact US on the pop-up. 
  3. Enter what you're needing assistance with in the What can we help with? field and choose Let's talk
  4. Click Get a callback.
  5. Enter your contact information.
  6. Select Call me.​
