Will Quickbooks reimburse me if I am subscribed but do not use their services for several months? I was subscribed to Payroll and Simple for three months without using.
Subscription reimbursements are subject for approval. Hence, we cannot directly say whether you will be reimbursed or not. In addition to that, reviewing your account is part of the process. We aren't allowed to it here in the Community for security reasons. I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team about it.
Click Help in the upper-right corner and select Contact Us.
Enter the details of your concern and select Let's talk.
Select how you want to reach them and enter the necessary details to complete the request.
They can pull up your account and provide the right course of action for the reimbursements.
