I am a 1099 contractor. I am told I need a link provided in an email from my employer to establish a Workforce account. I do not recall ever getting this link and I started around 1 year ago. The company for whom I am contracting stated they have been informed it is not possible to send another email. I need to access my pay stubs, etc. This certainly seems odd to not have any other way to establish a Workforce account outside of 1 email. Please help.
I'd suggest asking your employer to remove your email address. The link is only available if your employer has initially invited you to view your paystub.
After your email is removed, your employer needs to log out from QuickBooks Online. With this, the system will be updated. Then, log in again to re-enter your email address. Then, QuickBooks will automatically send the invitation.

Once your employer has invited you to QuickBooks Workforce and you've set up your account, you can now view your paychecks, W-2s, and other employment info such as your home address and bank account info.
In case you're still unable to view your paystubs, you can ask your employer to print them for you.
