How long can a termed employee access their paystubs? Do I have to invite them to Intuit workforce? If so, how do I invite a terminated employee?
Once employees are terminated they’ll no longer have access to their pay stubs within Workforce, Blozada.
You'll have to reactivate the employee first so they can access their account. Let them use the same credentials when logging in. If they changed their email information, you can resend an invite.
Let me show you how to activate the employee again:
Inactivate your employee again after they already got their pay stubs. However, if you don't want to activate the employee, you can print it out or send it to them.
