WORKFORCE

An employee has been receiving a workforce paystub link for another employee.  Any ideas on how to fix this?  The emails on the cloud are correct.

I know how important for your employees to view their paycheck. I'm here to help you fix this issue for you.

 

The email was probably interchanged to other employee's profiles when you sent invites to your employees. Let's ensure that your employees have the correct email address. Then, you can resend the invitation so they can view their paystub. I'll show you how.

 

  1. Go to Employees and select the employee’s name.
  2. In the Employee Site Access section, click Edit.
  3. Choose Resend Email.
  4. Your employee will receive a new email to complete the Workforce setup.

If the issue persists, I'd suggest reaching out to our Workforce team. They'll be able to pull up the account to further investigate the root cause of it.
