Worst customer service ever countdown!- I am posting daily until my issue is resolved🤪

Due to QB's inability to solve my issue where I cannot access payroll or tax sections, i am going to post daily until this issue is resolved.  i should have started this 90 days ago.

Why- because QB has the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life!  This company is supposed to be for small businesses but my Payroll and taxes has not been working for three months.  I get message saying the error is on QB end try again in a few minutes.  I have been billed for this despite it not working.  I cannot cancel my account because neither me nor the people who work for QB can access my account.  EDD needs payroll reports but cannot access them.  Cannot pay employees or complete or see payroll taxes for 3-4 months.  I cannot view payroll taxes going back through 2016.  Cannot do end of year tax prep.  I am considering suing QB in small claims court for my time wasted on calls and the financial penalties my company is incurring.

  • I have called at least 12 times and racked up hours on hold.
  • Given a new issue number at least 5 times
  • Told via email that my issue was resolved despite it not being resolved over 5 times.
  • I have chatted numerous times.  
  • I have escalated to a supervisor at least times
  • I have escalated to engineering many times
  • I have been told to file payroll taxes manually despite paying for payroll and tax services
  • I have to re-explain my issue every time I call
  • i have been told to clean my cache at least 10 times...still not working.
  • I have received many messages via email stating my problem is fixed.
  • I have been hung up on many times
  • I have never seen worse customer service in my life- Don't walk run from this company!!!!

If you think that's bad... try working with QB Payments... it's a total black hole with nobody to talk to and nobody to call.

 

They hold your money, you sit and wait (in our case over two weeks) for any kind of feedback at all... ridiculous

You should use a 3rd party payment processor.
