Submit feedback for QuickBooks Online

  1. Go to Settings Settings gear icon. and select Feedback.
  2. Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then select Next to submit feedback.

Submit feedback for QuickBooks Desktop

  1. Select the Help option.
  2. Select the Send Feedback Online option.
  3. Select the Product Suggestion option. A pop-up window displays.
  4. Enter your feedback suggestion.
  5. Click the Send Feedback button. The feedback is sent.

Submit feedback for QuickBooks Time

Through the web dashboard

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Time, and select Help.
  2. Select Suggest Idea.
  3. Enter your idea, then select Send Idea.

Through QuickBooks Workforce app

  1. In the Workforce app, select Setting or More, then Settings.
  2. Select Help & Support, then Suggest an idea.
  3. Enter your feedback, and select Send feedback.

Through QuickBooks Workforce website

  1. After logging into QuickBooks Workforce, select the Speaker icon.
  2. Then enter your feedback, you may attach a file as needed.
  3. Select Next, enter your email address and select Send message.
