I have tried for a couple weeks to find out when Quickbooks will start accepting applications for the 2nd round of the PPP. I received the first round from Quickbooks and is really only option for the 2nd round as Bank of America who we bank with only wants for 2nd round those that got the 1st round from them. About every other day I go to Live Chat on Quickbooks and ask for an update and Get NOTHING. All they say is they do not know. On Monday Jan 25 when I opened up my Quickbooks and went on the left side to Capital and then PPP it was posted that by end of week borrowers will be able to apply, well here we are on Wed Feb 3 and NOTHING. No one on live chat knows when as they are told nothing and Customers Know Nothing. This is Not good customer service and each day they delay more stores and company's go out of business. I have filled out a Survey they sent me after one of the live chats telling them how bad the service is and they at the very least need to be updating customers what is going on with the 2nd round of PPP to apply. Other banks have started the process why not quickbooks? If anyone can give me a Really Good Phone number to contact someone at Quickbooks and mean someone that will help or an email would greatly appreciate.
