Can I pause my subscription during the covid19 crisis?

Hello Joclarehannan, 

 

Welcome to the community page, 

 

There is no way of pausing it as such, all you can do is cancel your subscription, we keep the data for 12 months from the day of cancellation, after 12 months the data gets deleted and then when you're ready to use the software again, it would be a case of just login back in and resubscribing as long as it is within the 12 months.

yes you can. You are allowed to resubscribe within 12 months later.
