Can my payment be deferred due to the coronavirus? I currently have had to close my salon until further notice. If the payment is deferred could the site still be used?

You may cancel your account for the time being and resubscribe within 12 months.

The best suggestion is to call them and ask for a big discount for the next 3-months or 1-month free subscription during these difficult times. You may want to do this before canceling your subscription.
