Do the new Payroll Items for FFCRA paid leave accept time from timekeeping systems

How do we get the new payroll items in QB Desktop Payroll for the FFCRA paid leave (National Paid Leave Employee, National Paid Leave Family, National Paid Leave FMLA) to accept hours from timekeeping systems, like SpringAhead or Tsheets?

My first guess is no, and that assumption is because the payroll items you set up (if you followed the instructions) are not an hourly amount

Do the new Payroll Items for FFCRA paid leave accept time from timekeeping systems

I came to the same conclusion as SpringAhead told me that the these new payroll items will not sync into SpringAhead because they are not items that can accept time entries.  I was hopeful that maybe they were wrong which is why I reached out to the community.
