Do you have any relief to your customers for their monthly subscription related with the covid-19 since most of us don’t need to use QuickBooks

I have yet to find any such announcement. For the time being, consider to utilize this 3rd party tool to migrate your data between QBO accounts.

Use promo code 20PERCENTOFF at checkout, valid until April 30th, 2020.

 

Once you are ready to proceed, open a new QBO account with the discounted price for up to 6 months.

If you are able to run this process once, you may repeat it for every semester to minimize your cost. Otherwise, cancel your account for the time being and resubscribe it within 12 months.
