I followed instructions and set up accounts as directed in "How to track paid leave and sick time for the coronavirus". And starting paying benefits to employees after the April 1st start date. QB Desktop Pro calculated my regular tax payments in Pay Liabilities, but did not reduce the amounts for FFCRA tax credits. I had to do that manually. And I paid the adjusted amount at EFTPS. However my Register entry is still the entire calculated tax amount. I assume that I should be able to do a manual Payroll Liability Adjustment to adjust that check amount, but I am unsure which Item name and which Account Affected I should enter so it is accurate.
