If you're referring to your subscription fee, the account will be on hold until we'll be able to debit the amount from your account. Since you already updated the billing info, the account will automatically be reactivated once the debit is successful. You'll want to log out and log back in if your account remains on hold.
If what you meant is the non-sufficient funds (NSF) hold after paying your payroll taxes electronically or running a direct deposit payroll, our team will attempt to redebit from your bank. Make sure you have enough funds to cover the balance due.
For non-sufficient funds (NSF) hold, it'd also be best to contact our Payroll Support Team so they can further check it and offer more options to remove the hold.
