I wanted to cancel my subscription due to Covid-19. My business has been affected. $15 was just recently taken out of my account. Can I get a refund please and cancel?

Here's how to reach them in your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account:

  1. Click Assistant from the top part.
  2. Type in Talk to a human.
  3. Then choose your preferred way to get in touch with them.
