Is QB offering any way to freeze my account in the midst of the corona pandemic so I wont have to pay the monthly fee?

Hi there, Fitnixllc.

I can help with freezing your account temporarily. This way you can avoid the monthly fee and later reactivate the account. Let me show you how to first cancel your account.

  1. Sign in as an Admin to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Select the Gear icon, and choose Account and Settings.
  3. Click Billing and Subscription.
  4. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel.
  5. Select Continue to Cancel, then Continue to Cancel again.
  6. Finally, answer the exit survey questions (to help us make QuickBooks better), then scroll down and select Confirm Cancel.

Once an account is canceled, it's data is stored for one year in a read-only state. During this time, you can resubscribe and pick back up where you left off. I suggest the bottom section of this article for additional information on this process: Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription or trial. I'm here if you have any follow up questions.
