Payroll Export amounts are wrong

We've used Intuit Online Payroll for years. We export our payroll files into Quicken Home and Business.


We have one employee receiving National Paid Sick leave under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act. We followed the instructions to setup the new pay type and the payroll processed correctly, however when we export the Intuit Online Payroll file for this employee, the export amount does not match the payroll. It appears the Intuit Online Payroll export has not been updated to account for the Paid National Sick Leave pay type, including the Federal tax credit.


I tried chatting with Intuit Online Payroll Support and they acknowledged the export amounts are wrong, but then said I need to manually track and enter this, since the export software is not working for this new pay type. I pushed back and said I thought Intuit Online Payroll's software should be fixed so the export amounts match the payroll amounts, instead of telling the users they should manually track and enter. The agent said they would "try" to escalate my issue and I could check back in a week or so to see if they are working on a fix.


Is Intuit Online Payroll going to update the export feature to correctly account for this?
