Payroll will not send. Your phone number says you've shut down for Covid 19. Your chat is not working. I have payroll to get out today! This is not acceptable.

Payroll will not send. Your phone number says you've shut down for Covid 19. Your chat is not working. I have payroll to get out today! This is not acceptable.

This is not the impression we want to leave with, @corry.

 

Do you receive any error message?

 

Before sending your payroll, you’ll want to make sure to have the latest payroll tax table to avoid any errors.

 

Here’s how:

 

  1. Go to the Employees menu.
  2. Click Get Payroll Updates.
  3. Select the Download Entire Update checkbox.
  4. Select Download Latest Update.

If the issue persists, here’s how to contact our Technical Support team:

 

  1. At the top right, select Help (?).
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Enter your Concern in the field and hit Let’s talk.
  4. Choose to Get a callback or Start messaging.
