Thank you for the help. I was able to fix the problem (I think) based on editing the company profile.
I went to MY COMPANY,
Then Edited "COMPANY INFORMTION"
I changed the "PAYROLL CONTACT" to my wife (who owns that company, even though I help with QBs).
Saved the new information, closed and restarted QB.
When I retried the PPP application, it allowed me submit for this company.
Thanks for the help, and hopefully this will solve the issue for someone else.
