PPP approval but no further information

I’ve received a notice from QuickBooks that the SBA has approved my PPP application. It tells me I don’t need to take any action at this time but they’re working on getting details to me soon to receive the funding. It’s gone quiet since then. Does anyone have any idea how long it takes between approval and funding?

Hey there, Indigo AAT.

Once you've submitted a Paycheck Protection Program application, any status updates will be communicated through in product notifications and email. We use the email address you entered while applying. If you haven't received any correspondence from Intuit yet, that means there's no news about your application at the moment. Once we have new information to provide you with, we'll send an email to notify you of what's happening.

That's great news. All communications are going through email, so if we have any other updates to provide you with, you'll be receiving them there. I'd recommend keeping an eye on your inbox for any news from Intuit about your Paycheck Protection Program application. When we're able to start the funding process, a deposit will be sent to the bank account you entered while applying.

Dear QB team,

 

we applied trough QB online by April 17th and at today we have no news from you, no update nothing.

 

At same time we applied for about her company trough a bank and we already receive the funds.

 

we need to protect our business and families and we need more helps and info from you.

 

please let us know urgently
