Is anyone having problems accepting their PP loans through QB desktop?

I'm happy to help you with your PPP loan, but first, I need some clarification on what you mean by accepting the loan through QuickBooks Desktop. Can you provide a screenshot as well? By doing this, I can better assess the issue and assist you with the problem you're having.

I've had a case open since Tuesday morning, and I've spent about 7 hours in chat and on the phone to resolve the issue.  I can't open the acceptance email.  It takes me to a landing page saying that the loan was submitted for application, and that I will receive the results by email.  They've sent a couple of work around links, but nothing has gone beyond that point.  My loan offer will expire tomorrow, but no one can access the documents so that I can accept it.  How come QuickBooks Capital can't access their own loan documents to either forward by email or fax to me.

The problem has been resolved and I was able to access my documents.  I continue to be a happy and loyal customer who has used QuickBooks for the last 23 years!

If your application is approved, you'll receive an email with a link which can be used to accept the funds. Did you receive this communication from Intuit yet? If you haven't received it and would like to check on your app, you can sign into QuickBooks Capital. From the dashboard, you'll be able to review your application's status. If you've already been given approval, you can proceed with accepting the money once you're signed in.
