Join nowHello - I am ready to submit my PPP Forgiveness Application. My lender is Intuit. I use Quickbooks Online Plus. Where do I find the link to upload this Forgiveness Application? Thank you.
Hello there, Jacquelyn2.
Within QuickBooks Capital, eligible applicants can start their application for a Paycheck Protection Program loan. If you're applying for a PPP loan within QuickBooks Capital, you'll need a few pieces of business and payroll information. Then, you can start your application. If your PPP loan application is received and approved, you'll get a notification on your QuickBooks Capital dashboard and a confirmation email.
Check out this article for the step-by-step on how to start your application and notes to be taken once you've applied: Start your application for a Paycheck Protection Program loan within QuickBooks Capital.
If QuickBooks Capital needs more information from you, you may receive a phone call from us or you'll be notified in QuickBooks or Intuit Online Payroll. If we don't hear back from you within 3 to 5 days after contacting you, your loan application may be canceled. You can also check the status of your application by signing into QuickBooks and visiting the QuickBooks Capital dashboard.
Here are a few articles that will also help you with handling your PPP Loan Forgiveness:

Hello - My question is where do I upload the Loan Forgiveness Application? Your response did not answer this question. My lender is Intuit. Do you have a link so I can upload the Loan Forgiveness Application?
Thank you.
I appreciate for coming back, Jacquelyn2.
At this time, there isn't a direct way to submit your PPP Loan Forgiveness Application to Intuit. We're still working on making this feature available. As soon as we received updates from our developers,
For now, you can send the PPP loan application in QuickBooks Capital. This is a service offered by Intuit Financing Inc. which provides business loans to eligible QuickBooks customers. Otherwise, you can manually submit the loan application to an approved SBA Paycheck Protection Program lender.
For additional information about this process, please refer to this article: Paycheck Protection Program loan forgiveness.
As soon as we received updates from our developers when it becomes available, we'll be sure to provide further information either through this thread or in our QuickBooks Blog.
Come and visit us again if you need help. It will be my pleasure. Stay safe and have a great day ahead!
Still not answering the question. We don't need to know how to GET a loan, that's done. We all want to APPLY FOR FORGIVENESS through QuickBooks Capital but there is no information on how to do that.
Thanks for following on this thread, alice8.
We’re still working on a process to support the application for Paycheck Protection Program Loan Forgiveness. When the system is ready, customers can submit requests for the loan to be forgiven in the product.
In the meantime, hand over the PPP Loan Forgiveness Application to QuickBooks Capital to determine your loan forgiveness eligibility. Make sure to collect all documents as proof that you adhered to the directions of the SBA. These are the following documentation needed.
To get in touch with QuickBooks Capital Support Team, tap on the link I shared to open the

Hello - What happens if the deadline for filing the "Loan Forgiveness Application" arrives and the Intuit developers still have not solved how we are to upload the 'Loan Forgiveness Application'? Could you please provide us an address to mail the 'Loan Forgiveness Application' to. Thank you.
Hello - Is there an address that we can mail the 'Loan Forgiveness Application' to? Please advise on another option for submission or the anticipated date that Intuit foresees we'll be able to upload the 'Loan Forgiveness Application' ? Thank you.

I love the canned answer they give that doesn't answer the question. I just posted a question about documentation and actually immediately got a call from an Intuit rep but as soon as it became clear that I wasn't having trouble with functionality of Quickbooks Online, the guy hung up! They sooooo don't care.
This isn’t the kind of customer service I want you to experience with, @mysticcoffeeroaster.
Keeping you on the right track is our top priority. To ensure I can provide you with the right resolution, can you share with me the type of documentation you’re having an issue with? Any additional information will be much appreciated.
On the other hand, if you’re referring to the documentation for Paycheck Protection Program loan. I got you here some articles that you can read for guidance:
You’re always welcome to post a reply in this thread. I’ll be around ready to help. Stay safe.
how long is QUickbooks going to keep its customers hanging on the issue of PPP forgiveness. Per SBA and your own website it looks like we could mail off the paperwork to your legal address and you have to process:
From Quickbooks own site: You have 10 months from the end of your loan forgiveness covered period, or from December 31, 2020 (whichever comes first), to apply for forgiveness. Once you submit your application for forgiveness, your lender has 60 days to accept or deny your application.
SO maybe we should all just mail off to their physical address? (from quickbooks capitol legal page)

Mailing it now! Great idea.
Anyone have any new info? No where can I find how to apply for forgiveness and when I start a chat they know nothing. so frustrating!
There are two types of loan forgiveness application that were provided by SBA, beeallison.
First is a standard version that is available for use by all borrowers seeking forgiveness. Second one is an EZ version available to borrowers that meet a certain criteria.
Please refer to the latest guidance from SBA and Treasury, as well as the related Instructions for Borrowers to confirm current program rules and updates.
Please note that the amount of the loan forgiveness can be up to the loan principal amount plus accrued interest. Let me share this guide with you for additional reference: Paycheck Protection Program Loan Forgiveness.

Does anyone know if the Quickbooks Capital has the form 3508S in the portal? Or they only have form 3508EZ and 3508 available? My PPP is less than $50000. Thank you.
Do you know if Quickbook Capital has form 3508S feature in the portal or we have to use from 3508EZ or 3508 as my PPP loan is less than $50,000? Thank you.
Hello there, MEILEICPA,
The Form 3508S is unavailable in QuickBooks Capital. You can follow the steps provided by my colleague JenoP for the loan forgiveness application.
Check out these articles for reference:
Stay in touch if you have any clarifications or questions about the Paycheck Protection Program.
Where is this submitted too?
why do you leave out important details?
to here and to whom? The SBA doesn’t take them!!
What steps you morons! You provided a document with zero instructions
I sense a class action lawsuit in my future, who’s in?
Hi there, SimplyPeer.
This is not the kind of experienced I want you to have about the submitting Paycheck Protection Program loan forgiveness Application. I'll provide information about PPP and route you to the right support team to make sure you're properly addressed about submitting PPP.
When filling your loan forgiveness application, you'd want to consider when you have received your PPP loan. Also, you may submit your forgiveness application before the end of your Loan Forgiveness Covered Period.
Then, please click this link so you're able to route you on how to contact PPP chat support: Protection Program Support Chat. They can help you with how to submit PPP. Then, if your PPP loan application is received and approved, you'll get a notification on your QuickBooks Capital dashboard and a confirmation email. You should see an email with the title "[your amount] from the Paycheck Protection Program for you." If you can't find it, search for the title in your inbox. Make sure you check your spam folder and you have access to the email that is tied to your account. For additional information, you can click this article: Start your application for a Paycheck Protection Program loan within QuickBooks Capital.
You can also check on the status of your PPP application. On the left-hand side of the screen, you'll find a Capital tab. This tab is where you'll be able to find any notifications or updates to your PPP loan application.
Let us know if there's anything that I can help or assist you with your account by leaving a comment below. Have a wonderful day!
I agree with the prior community dismay...I think it is time for class action. Why do they not have a loan foregivenss application on their portal, the translation of the 3805EZ form would take any programers about 5 minutes.
I have tried chat, I have called, and I have gotten ZERO information other than "please be patietn we will get a program on our portal " in some future eon apparently, certainly not before the end of the PPP foregiveness period in 2 WEEKs.
Some ofthe calls and chats have been quite interesting.
1) they say done worry if we dont get the application up before the 31st you are covered. When asked what covered meant, the chat said "covered for any fees" they didn't say "no interest".
2) when asking another chat, if they had anyone they had personally helped apply for foregivenss they said yes, but they again had no details and then backtracked, in short, no
3) I sent via email and via tracked delivery to QB capitol, and according to chat they should update me as to status in 14 days but have heard SQUAT>
4) if you dial the automated number (which is the onlything you can get) it tells you your current loan amount WHICH INCLUDES INTEREST
Clearly the only thing QB is doing is fleecing us for interest. Does any one know a good class action lawyer?
I too caught the interest being charged. While forgiveness can be applied for at any time during the term of the loan, interest will not be forgiven and is accruing as we speak.
Very, very frustrated for my bookkeeping clients who applied for this loan through QuickBooks. This has been something I have felt needs legal pressure.
Guys,
anyone heard anything from Quickbooks capital for PPP forgiveness??? There is no information on their portal for application to apply for forgiveness nor to apply for additional ppp
I can help you apply for a Loan Forgiveness, @achishti.
To help you apply for the PPP forgiveness, I suggest reaching out to our Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) support team. They’re the ones who are specially trained in handling this kind of situation.
From your homepage, click on the Capital from the left menu, then proceed to the PPP Center. You can see the Live Chat option from there.
I'd also suggest going to our Intuit PPP microsite. It's the best place to get the most up to date information on PPP Loan forgiveness: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/small-business/coronavirus/paycheck-protection-program/.
If you have any other concerns that you want me to address, let me know in the comment section below. I'd be glad to help out. Have a great rest of the day!
