PPP loan notification email

I applied for a PPP loan through Quickbooks Desktop Enhanced Payroll on 4/24. In the early hours of the morning of 04/25, "dashboard" in the Employee Center >> Payroll center under the payroll tab on the left (the only place I could see info about the status of my application for the PPP loan) stated that my "application needs attention". I clicked the link, it asked to consent to have Cross River Bank, who Quickbooks Capital had partnered with, to submit the loan application. I consented and submitted. Got a thank you application received.png needs attention.png  The alert saying my application needed to be updated did not disappear. The dashboard that had shown updates disappeared the next day, and was replaced with generic message that says "If you have submitted an application, your application is currently pending and no additional information is needed at this time. We'll notify you via email when we have an update on your loan. We are not accepting new applications at this time."  

I have chatted with support numerous times, and NO ONE can tell me what email address to expect to receive information from. I am concerned that the email will be taken out by a filter or sent to spam, and would like to add whatever it is to the list of approved senders in my contacts.  Can anyone who applied through Quickbooks Desktop Enhanced Payroll tell me the addresses that emails regarding their PPP loan came from?  It would have been great if Intuit/Quickbooks Capital or whomever had sent an email after applying, letting the applicant know by email that the application was received and what to watch for. This is nerve wracking enough already. Untitled.png
