Hi there, rogerdspe2.
I'll share additional information about PPP Loan Application and how it works. I want to ensure that you're able to understand the process.
The Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) offers government-backed, forgivable loans to eligible businesses and organizations. Some or all of the loan may be forgiven if certain requirements are met. The SBA has released three loan forgiveness applications, a standard version available for use by all borrowers seeking forgiveness and an EZ version. And, an S version available to borrowers that meet certain criteria. There are some things you should analyze on which application should your business use. You can refer to this article to see additional information: Paycheck Protection Program loan forgiveness.
Please refer to the latest guidance from the SBA and Treasury to confirm current program rules and how they apply to your particular situation. You can start your Paycheck Protection Program Loan application within QuickBooks Capital. If you already applied through QuickBooks Capital and your PPP loan is approved, you may be eligible for loan forgiveness after your Covered Period following loan disbursement. To see additional details, you can click this article: How do I prepare for Paycheck Protection Program loan forgiveness?.
However, I still suggest contacting the PPP Support Team for additional assistance. They can provide full detailed instructions on how to successfully get the loan forgiven. They can also present you with the SBA loan number for your PPP loan. To reach them, go to the PPP Center area and select Live Chat.
Please open this article to view various information on how you can keep track of how you’re spending the funds from your Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan: Track how you use your Paycheck Protection Program loan.

Still an unsatisfactory answer. I too did my PPP thru QB, and I also seem to have no documentation with a full loan ID number. You've forced us to go through Cross River for the 2nd round of PPP, and they require the full loan id, not the partial id that was sent a part of the 1st loan's electronic deposit info. It's a simple question. When we sign in to QB, where do we go to see the full loan id number?

The nonprofit organization I work for was not provided with any information that shows our SBA Loan Application number. I need THAT number to apply for the 2nd Round. SBA tells me I must get this from my lender, QB Capital. I have been trying for months to get this information and now it may keep me from 2nd Round funding, costing me thousands of dollars. How can I get help from QB Capital?

I have been searching for five hours.. and no where i could find a number or email to send to get a PPP loan number i need for a second. Please someone steer us in right direction.
I agree. Nowhere could you find a phone number or email link to send question. Very disappointing. In the old days. You had a phone number and you called and got an answer. Now it keeps in a loop where it never ends. There has to be a better way.
@katherinejoyceO , Katherine. Thank you for that information with the link. Yes i was able to call Quickbooks and spoke to Julian who provided me with the PPP first loan number. It was great information you provided. It was 2 phone numbers you provided and it worked. I’m glad i found this resource and will be using in the future. Again Thank you
They provided me with loan numbers. Hope this is helpful.

Hello, I had the same problem with trying to find our SBA loan number for the second draw application. I was able to find out that Quickbooks Capital does not provide this information through their website, you have to call them at 844-832-2910 and request the information. They can also email you a copy of the promissory note upon request.
Hope this helps.
