Trying to apply for PPP in the Online Account. The green "Next" button is greyed out. How to fix?

I am trying to apply for the PPP program from the Homescreen of my Quickbooks Online. It is not letting me proceed past he first Screen. I chatted with support, they said it was an extra space on a field. I have removed all spaces and cleared my cookies. Please help me and allow me to apply through your system. The program ends August 8th. See attached screenshots. Thank You!! Gita

If you still hit the wall, consider another channel to apply.

Thanks for sharing to us the result of the troubleshooting steps you've performed. Currently, we received an open investigation about applying for a PPP loan in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Our product engineers are all hands on deck working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

 

In the meantime, I'd recommend reaching our Customer Support Team so you'll be added to the list of affected users. This way, you'll be notified immediately once this is available. You can have them add to the investigation number (INV-48380).

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help menu and select Contact Us.
  2. Enter your concern in the question field and click Let's talk.
  3. Select Get a callback.

@Maybelle_S , what's your ETA on completion? the program closes Aug 8th. I find it very odd that it's 'broken' 4 days before the deadline. I think your fund is closed. You should provide an alternate way to apply through Quickbooks now since this is so time-sensitive.  It's unethical.

Thank you for reaching back out. If you haven't already done so, please contact us so we can add you to the list of affected users. Once you are added, we will notify you immediately when the update is completed so you can apply.

 

However, if you don't want to wait so close to the deadline, I recommend using the following link from the U.S. Small Business Administration to find participating lenders in your state.
