Frequently asked questions
Will I be back-billed for the time the account was inactive?
No. It's our policy not to back-bill.
Will my data still be available?
We preserve your company data for 365 days following the cancelation date. If you resubscribe during that time, your data will still be available.
Will I be charged immediately?
Billing for all QuickBooks Online accounts happens overnight, so the charge won't occur until after midnight.
For example, if you resubscribe on 6/1/2022, the next charge date would be 6/2/2022, and the charge would occur very early on 6/2/2022.
Can I resubscribe using the mobile app?
The Subscriptions and billing area is only available in QuickBooks Online. You'll need to sign in using a computer browser to access it.
