Who to contact for missing CPE or CE certificates

Learn what to do if you can’t find your CPE or CE certificate from an Intuit Accountants (Lacerte, ProSeries, or ProConnect Tax) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor training.

When you complete a training session with the Intuit Accountants or QuickBooks ProAdvisor team, you'll get a CPE or CE certification to maintain your professional license.

If you didn't receive your certificate, don't worry. Here's who to contact.

Contact our training team

If you can’t find your certificate, send an email to pcgtraining@intuit.com for Intuit Accountants or accountant_training@intuit.com for QuickBooks ProAdvisor. Request a reissue of your certificate, then include the following info:

  • Your first and last name
  • Email address you used to register for the event
  • Date of the event
  • Course title of the training session you attended

We'll respond within 3 business days. If you don't see a response, check your junk or spam folder. If you still don't see our email, reach out to our support team.
