Use quick filters in the Customer Hub

Use custom quick filters in the Customer Hub to quickly view customers who need your attention in QuickBooks Online. You can organize and track high-value customers and follow-up directly from the Customers page.

Customers with unpaid invoices

This filter lets you quickly view and engage customers who owe you money.

  1. Go to the Customer Hub. (Take me there).
  2. Select Customers & leads.
  3. Select the Customers tab, then select Customers with unpaid invoices.
    Customers are filtered by unpaid invoices, (overdue and open) from the last 365 days.
  4. Use the Action column to send a reminder or take further action for these customers.
