Marketing automation flow actions perform marketing or organizational tasks in your flow. Use archive contact actions in your automation flow and we’ll automatically archive a contact from your audience when they reach that point in their flow.

Before you start

Here are some things to know before you begin this process.

Add an archive contact action

To add an archive contact action to an automation flow, follow these steps.

  1. Click and drag the Archive contact action into your flow from the side panel. Or, use the plus icon (+), then select the Archive contact action.
  2. In the Archive contact pop-up, click Close.

Well done! There are no settings for this action. Repeat these steps to add additional archive contact actions to your flow as needed.
