View and manage job candidates
You can access your recruitment tools directly within QuickBooks to see specific applicant details.
- Go to All apps
, then Team, then Recruiting (Take me there). - Select your job posting.Â
- Select a candidate.
Edit or delete ‌candidate info
Use the actions menu to keep candidate profiles accurate or remove them from your system entirely.
- Select Actions and choose what you want to do.
- Select Actions and choose what you want to do.
- Select Actions and choose what you want to do.
- Select Save.
Update a candidate’s pipeline stage
Change candidate's stage to help you track their progress through your hiring workflow.
- Select Move candidate.
- Select the stage.
- In review: review the candidate profile
- Phone screen: pending a completed phone screening
- Interview: pending a completed interview
- Verbal offer: pending verbal offer confirmation from candidate
- Verification: pending employment verification or background check completion
- Hire: add candidate to payroll as an employee or a contractor
- Not proceeding: decided not to move forward with candidate
- (Optional) Add any applicable notes.
- Select Save.
