Can QuickBooks Online directly integrate with third-party merchant services?

QuickBooks Online can only integrate directly with QuickBooks Payments merchant services. You cannot transfer or process transactions directly with Citibank, Wells Fargo, Chase or any other merchant accounts in QuickBooks Online.
To record a credit card transactions from a third-party merchant services provider:
- Record the payment.
- Select + New.
- Select Receive Payment.
- Fill out the necessary fields.
- Choose Undeposited funds as the deposit account.
- Select Save and close.
- Record the deposit.
- Select + New.
- Select Bank Deposit.
- Add a check to the box before the payment that you want to deposit.
- Enter the fee charged to you by the credit card company as a negative amount in the Add funds to this deposit section.
- Select the Expense account you use to track these fees.
- Verify that the deposit amount is correct.
- Select Save and close.
