Match your bank transactions

Learn how to accept matching transactions in the QuickBooks mobile app.

Intuit AI matches up transactions for you. For example, if an invoice payment matches a downloaded income transaction, Intuit AI suggests it as payment for the invoice. Here’s how.

1. Tap Menu, then Accounting, then Bank transactions.
2. Select the Bank you want to match the transaction.
3. Intuit AI will provide you with suggested matches.
   Tip: Tap See why to learn more about the reason for the suggested matches.
4. Make sure to select the correct match. If the transaction doesn’t match:
   1. Tap Change match, then select Add resolving transaction.
   2. Select Other income in the Category field.
   3. Add the amount and the date. 
   4. Tap Save.
5. If you have multiple matches, tap the correct match.
6. Once you’ve selected the correct match, tap Match.
