Fix common Amazon FBA errors in QuickBooks Commerce

QuickBooks Commerce is no longer available for purchase as a stand-alone product.
The features referred to in this article are only relevant for customers who still have QuickBooks Commerce bundled with their QuickBooks Online subscription.

If you encounter errors when working in Amazon FBA, don’t worry. We’ll show you the different Amazon FBA errors, and what you can do to fix them.

Error messageSolution
• Reason: Country field is missing.
• Reason: State field is missing.
• Reason: City field is missing, State field is missing, ZIP code field is missing.
• Reason: AddressLine1 field is missing, City field is missing, State field is missing, ZIP code field is missing.
Check if the location’s details are correct. If they’re not, update them.

If the country or state is abbreviated, enter the complete country or state name. For example, change SG to Singapore.

Then, retry the error on the logs.

1. In QuickBooks Commerce, go to My Apps.
2. Select Amazon FBA, then Logs.
3. Select Retry.
This operation may be partially successful, Please check the status.  Reason:  InvalidItems[ (skuType=MSKU, , reason=UNKNOWN_SKU)].1. Check if the product is active on Amazon.
2. Check if it has a matching SKU or SKU alias in QuickBooks Commerce.

Then, retry the error on the logs.

1. In QuickBooks Commerce, go to My Apps
2. Select Amazon FBA.
3. Select Retry.
This operation may be partially successful. Please check the status. Reason: Invalid item for XXXXXXXXX with reason MISSING_DIMENSIONS.Add the dimensions for the items before you add them to the shipments on Amazon. 

Then, retry the error on the logs.

1. In QuickBooks Commerce, go to My Apps.
2. Select Amazon FBA then select Logs.
3. Select Retry.

If you need help with adding dimensions, contact Amazon support.
No carrier information associated with shipment Check Amazon if the shipment or order is active. If it’s not, ignore the error.
The request must contain the parameter PerUnitDeclaredValue.Shipments to countries outside the US require you to declare the item’s value, so you need to check if the item is approved.

If it isn’t, you can try to use a different service or warehouse to ship the item.

Reason: Invalid Request - Seller is over restock limit for CapacityGroup type: SORTABLE - MerchantCustomerIdContact Amazon support to find out about restock limits in Amazon FBA.
This operation may be partially successful, Please check the status. Reason: Invalid item for with reason ITEM_STRANDED.Contact Amazon support

You can ignore the error if the stock transfer was already deleted.
ShipmentId does not existCheck the status of the stock transfer in QuickBooks Commerce and Amazon. If it’s deleted, you can ignore the message.
Reason: Seller is blocked in inbounding shipments.Contact Amazon support to find out the cause.
Cannot cancel . Cancelation window already expired!Contact Amazon support to find out if they can cancel the shipment.
Reason: Invalid Request - Seller is over volume capacity limit for StorageType: SORTABLE - .Contact Amazon support to find out how restock limits function with Amazon FBA.
This operation may be partially successful, Please check the status. Reason: [Item(s) ineligible from being inbounded, with reason: MISSING_DIMENSIONS. Corresponding items for the error: XXXXXXUpdate the dimensions of the items in Amazon.
This operation may be partially successful, Please check the status. Reason: Invalid item for with reason NOT_IN_PRODUCT_CATALOG.Contact Amazon support to find out the issue with the item and how to fix it.
This operation may be partially successful, Please check the status.  Reason: encryptedMerchantCustomerId: MERCHANTID is unable to inbound. Reason: Seller is blocked by the AndonCordManager.Contact Amazon support for help.
No inventory available for Items.Seller Make sure that the product has available inventory in the Amazon warehouse.
This operation may be partially successful, Please check the status. Reason: Invalid item for with reason COVID19_LIMIT_EXCEEDED.Retry the error on the logs.

1. In QuickBooks Commerce, go to My Apps.
2. Select Amazon FBA, then Logs.
3. Select Retry.

If it fails, contact Amazon support.
This operation may be partially successful, Please check the status. FBAInboundAllocationService dependency failure: FIOS.allocateInboundInventorySet threw a DependencyException Caused By: HTTP request returned status: Service UnavailableSince we’re not sure what caused the error, wait for a while. Then retry the error on the logs:

1. In QuickBooks Commerce, go to My Apps.
2. Select Amazon FBA, then Logs.
3. Select Retry.
