Use Intuit Assist in QuickBooks Online

Intuit Assist is a generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) tool in QuickBooks that can help do some invoice, bills, and expense work with you or for you at your request. Rest assured, you’re always in control.

Use Intuit Assist

Select Business Feed to open Intuit Assist. Only admin users can access the Business Feed. Here, you’ll see most of the Intuit Assist features.  This is also available on mobile. 

Here’s some things Intuit Assist can help you with. 

Invoices

Remind you about overdue invoices and send invoice reminders

Intuit Assist can identify your top overdue open invoices by dollar amount, then draft a personalized email reminder for you to review, edit as needed, and send to your customers. 

Generate and forward new invoices

Use the invoice generator to create invoices from your notes, email, or texts using AI. AI can also personalize the invoices automatically with your brand, logo, and address by providing your website.  

Once generated, you can download PDF versions and Intuit Assist can forward them to your customers.  You can review them in the Business Feed. 

Autofill invoices

Use the Autofill feature in Intuit Assist to help you create your invoices in QuickBooks faster. Add your files, images, or text, and Intuit Assist will automatically fill in your invoice forms. 

Bills

Convert an email into a bill and review

With the bill forwarding feature, you can forward emails to QuickBooks using a unique forwarding email address for your account. Intuit Assist will convert those emails into bills and add them to your Business Feed for you to review. 

Autofill bills and expenses

Similar to autofill invoices, use the Autofill feature in Intuit Assist to help you complete the bills and expenses forms in QuickBooks faster. Add your files, images, or text, and Intuit Assist will automatically fill in your forms.
