View Customer Journey Reports on Mobile

Use the Mailchimp mobile app to view and track your customer journeys. Customer journey reports display data from the beginning of each journey to the present day. Collect and analyze journey data on clicks, opens, audience management activity, purchases, and more to help identify patterns in contact engagement.
In this article, you’ll learn how customer journey reports work on mobile and what information is included.
Things to know
Here are some things you should know about customer journey reports.
- Depending on your pricing plan, you may have limited access to Customer Journey tools. To learn more, check out our pricing page. To change your plan type, visit the plans page in your account.
- View customer journey reports on iOS or Android devices.
- You’ll need to create customer journeys on Mailchimp’s web app. To learn more, check out Create a Customer Journey.
- Journey reports are available for active and paused journeys.
View a customer journey report
To view the analytics for a customer journey, follow these steps.
- Tap Campaigns. You can also view from the Analytics tab.
- Tap any active, or paused customer journey to view the report.
Here are some customer journey tasks you can perform:
- View customer journey details
Tap the Campaigns or Analytics tab and then select the draft, active, or paused campaign journey you want to view. - Share customer journey report
Tap the active or paused customer journey report you want to share, then tap the share icon at the top of the report. Tap the PDF Report drop-down and select Save to Files or Print. - Start a journey
Tap a draft journey, then tap Start journey. - Pause a journey
Tap an active journey, then tap Pause journey at the top of the report or campaign detail page. The button is at the bottom of the report on Android. - Resume a journey
Tap a paused journey, then tap Resume journey at the top of the report or campaign detail page. - Filter a journey
Tap the filter icon at the top of the Analytics page to filter by Automations. You can also filter on the Campaigns tab. - Edit draft emails
Tap the journey that has the draft email. Scroll to the Actions section, then tap the draft email to see the details. You can preview or edit the email’s Campaign Name, Email Subject, Preview Text, and From Name. Journey triggers cannot be edited on mobile. - View tagged contacts
Tap the journey with tagged contacts. Scroll to the Actions section, then tap Add tag or Remove tag to view a list of contacts that were tagged or untagged in the journey. - View survey report
Tap the journey that includes a survey. Scroll to the Actions section, then tap the survey to view the report. You can view survey responses and see who responded.
Performance
You’ll see summary report data and an overview of campaign statistics in the Performance section of the Analytics page.
To customize the Performance section, tap Customize, then select the metrics you want displayed.
You can choose any of these metrics:
- Total journeys completed
The number of times the journey has been completed by contacts, including multiple completions from the same contact. - Total journeys started
The number of times the journey has been started by contacts, including multiple starts from the same contact. - Unique journeys completed
The number of unique contacts who completed the journey. - Unique journeys started
The number of unique contacts who started the journey. - Emails sent
The number of emails that were sent. - Bounced
The number of recipients who cannot be delivered to and are registered as a hard or soft bounce. - Unsubscribed
The number of recipients who unsubscribed from an email campaign. - Abuse reports
The number of recipients who reported your email as spam. - Total opens
The number of times an email was opened. - Opened
The number of recipients who opened the email campaign. - Clicked
The number of recipients who clicked any tracked link in the email campaign. - Revenue
The dollar amount you've made on an order after it's placed, minus taxes and shipping fees. - Orders
The total number of orders placed, including any refunded or canceled orders. - Open rate
The percentage of total recipients (successful deliveries) who opened the email campaign. - Click rate
The percentage of delivered emails that registered at least one click. - Clicks per unique opens
The percentage of recipients who opened the email campaign and then clicked a link. - Unsubscribe rate
The percentage of recipients who opened the email campaign and unsubscribed. - Average order revenue
The average dollar amount of revenue generated from each order, minus taxes and shipping fees.
