Change your QuickBooks Desktop payment method

Learn how to change the credit card or account you use to pay for QuickBooks Desktop and services like payroll.

Only the Primary contact for your QuickBooks account can update the billing info.

For each version of QuickBooks Desktop or connected service like payroll, we have a payment method on file. To update your payment method, follow these steps for each product you have.

How to update your QuickBooks Desktop payment info

  1. Sign in to camps.intuit.com. Or learn more about signing in.
  2. Find your app or subscription in the Products & Services list.
  3. Select Details.
  4. In the Billing Information section, find Payment Method, then select Edit.
  5. Update your information.
  6. Select Save and Close.
