by Intuit•1• Updated a day ago
Your Project Management Agent uses company data and industry data to come up with the best profit margin goal. Have the agent examine external contracts, estimates, and proposals to get started. But remember, you always have the final say.
Get a faster start as your Project Management Agent helps you set up a new project. When you begin a new project, the agent panel appears alongside the project details so that you can ask questions and even upload external files.
Use your Project Management Agent to track changes, and suggest corrective actions in real time to help ensure optimal project outcomes:
- Build estimates: Create from your own contracts, external PDF estimates, spreadsheets, and budgets (Intuit Enterprise Suite only). Just drag and drop, or upload the files within the agent panel.
- Setup: The agent populates project details like project name, customer info, start/end dates, and other customer fields, by pulling from approved estimates and uploaded documents. In Intuit Enterprise Suite, you’ll have the option to Save project and review tasks so that you can delegate to your team and make any adjustments.
For Intuit Enterprise Suite only:
- Execution & Monitoring: Set goals to track project profitability, income, and
Expenses. Your agent also scans your progress and reports back to you, while also recommending actions for you to stay on track. - Profitability: Get recommendations for profit targets based on historical project profitability and peer benchmark data.
- Cost allocation:The agent sets costs to projects based on historical data. Just examine and adjust as you see fit.
- Planning: Your agent populates projects with tasks, assigned task owners, recommended deadlines, and priorities from documents you uploaded with the agent panel.
- Project Closing: Your agent generates a summary with insights on project performance and profitability. Simply mark your project status as Completed and select Review to generate the closing summary. Get recommended actions to take for future projects to maximize profits, and even share the management report.
