• The Business Feed serves as a landing page for all customers, providing timely, tailored insights, actions, and work done for you.
• It shows tasks that have been automatically completed for you and items that need your review.
• Its design speeds up your business by combining AI help along with human expertise - all in one place.

What you'll need

To use this feature, you must have an active QuickBooks Online account with Intuit AI included in your plan.

Use Intuit Assist autofill on the Business Feed

You can use Intuit Assist through the Business Feed to autofill transactions from your files. This lets you manage your data faster. Here's how:

1. Go to Feed (Take me there).
2. In the Autofill ▼ dropdown, select the transaction type that you want to create.
3. Select the Select a file option. Or, drag the file to the designated area. This creates your transaction automatically and populates the form fields based on the source you uploaded.

Tip: You can also select images and scan to upload from your iOS 17+ device.

Intuit AI helps you create invoice reminders for your customers. You can create automated invoice reminders or you can send it when you want to.

1. Go to Feed (Take me there).
2. View which jobs Intuit Assist helps you and your business as part of your plan and what benefit each provides.
3. To see all available AI, select Explore all agents. Here you’ll see what other AI you can set up in QuickBooks Online.

Personalize Business Feed for your needs

1. Go to Feed (Take me there).
2. Select the Filter   icon to select the categories relevant for your business.
3. You can select multiple tiles and personalize your feed page to see categories that matter to you.

Snooze / Dismiss Business Feed tiles

1. Go to Home.
2. Select the menu icon in the business feed tile you want to snooze. Then:

• Select Snooze for 2 weeks to snooze and restore the tile after two weeks.
• Select Don't show this again to permanently dismiss the tile until you manually restore it.
• Select Dismiss to dismiss the tile until you manually restore it, or a notification related to that tile is triggered (tile-specific behavior).

1. Go to Home.
2. Select the menu icon, then select Give detailed feedback.
