What you may be experiencing:

When attempting to perform a physical inventory at a remote store location in QuickBooks Point of sale using the add counts by hand option, the expected quantity is showing the expected quantity for the headquarters instead of the remote location.

What you can try now:

Add counts directly to Physical Inventory screen rather than Counts by Hand screen.
