Run an Incoming Stock report in QuickBooks Commerce

Learn how to run an Incoming Stock report in QuickBooks Commerce.

QuickBooks Commerce is no longer available for purchase as a stand-alone product.
The features referred to in this article are only relevant for customers who still have QuickBooks Commerce bundled with their QuickBooks Online subscription.

The Incoming Stock report is one of the reports you can use in QuickBooks Commerce. It shows what you’re set to receive from your active purchase orders. Here’s how to run an Incoming Stock report.

You can also run other inventory reports to have an overview of your products’ stock levels.

Run an Incoming Stock report

You can run an Incoming Stock report from the Intelligence menu.

  1. In QuickBooks Commerce, go to Intelligence, then select Reporting.
  2. Select the Inventory ▼ dropdown menu, then select Incoming stock.
  3. Select Show Me +, then select a metric.

    Note: You can add different metrics at a time, depending on the details you want to include in the report.

  4. Select a date range for the report.
  5. Once you’re done, select Run Report.

    Note: If you want to save the report, select Save as New.

View your saved reports

Here’s how you can view your saved reports.

  1. In QuickBooks Commerce, go to Intelligence.
  2. Select Saved Reports.

Add filters to your report

To help you narrow down the details you want to see in the report, you can add filters. Adding a filter applies to new or saved reports.

  1. On your new or saved report, select + Add Filters.
  2. From the Select a filter ▼ dropdown menu, select any filter and enter a condition.
  3. Select Apply Filter.

Export your report

If you need to use your reports outside of QuickBooks, you can export them as a CSV file.

  1. On a new or saved report, select the Manage Report ▼ dropdown menu, then select Export.
  2. After generating the report, select Download File.
