Recurring transaction doesn't send automatically

Learn what to do when a recurring transaction isn’t sent automatically in QuickBooks Online.
Do you have a recurring receipt or invoice that isn't being sent automatically? The steps below can help you fix this issue.
- Find and open the transaction.
- Put a checkmark on the Send later box.
- Optional: If printing later, go to Print or Preview and select Print later.
- Select Save to update the transaction.
- Select Save and send. This way, when the recurring transaction is created, it will be sent automatically.
