Update item prices in recurring templates automatically

Learn how to enable automatic item price updates in recurring templates.

Save time by syncing item price updates to recurring templates. In this article, we’ll show you the steps to do that.

  1. Select Settings ⚙ on the toolbar, then select Products and services.
  2. In the Products and Services page, select the item you're working on.
  3. Select Edit.
  4. In Sales price/rate, change the price.
  5. Check the box, Update price in recurring template, too. (Note: If the checkbox didn't appear, you need to manually change the item price in the recurring template to match the new item price. Now, the checkbox will appear.)
  6. Select Save and close.
