When you report a problem to our Support team, capturing and sending an image of your screen can often help us resolve your issue.
The process to take a screenshot depends on your device, and how you’re reaching out to us.

Once you've located the item you want to capture, find your device in this list and follow the steps to take a screenshot.

Send a screenshot to Support
Here's how to send a screenshot to our Support team.
In a chat
- After taking your screenshot, save it to your device.
- Drag and drop the image into your chat window.
The support agent you're chatting with will let you know when they receive it.
In an email
- After taking your screenshot, save it to your device.
- When you send your support agent an email, use your email program's attachment feature to add the screenshot to your message.
If you have a Premium plan you can get additional support through a cobrowse session with Premium support agents. This option lets you securely share your screen and get help using the Glance app. The cobrowse support link is in your account menu.
