Learn how we ship and handle orders for checks and other supplies

by Intuit6 Updated 4 months ago

Learn what shipping options we offer and how we handle your checks and supplies orders.

We offer a wide selection of checks, forms, and other supplies to keep your business running. If it's time to reorder supplies, here’s what you need to know about your shipping options, arrival time, and more.

We ship via FedEx for all shipments within the 48 contiguous states. We also offer FedEx priority shipping options (next-day and second-day).

Outside the continental U.S., we mainly ship through USPS but offer FedEx priority shipping in some regions.

Here are your shipping options.

Note:

  • All orders, including those with priority shipping, require a processing time and might not ship the next business day.
  • FedEx only ships to physical addresses in the U.S.
  • USPS ships to physical addresses and PO Boxes, except in Puerto Rico where it only ships to PO Boxes.

It’s usually faster if the delivery address is within the 48 contiguous states, but it only takes a bit longer if it’s not.

Sometimes, next-day or second-day orders can take around 7 business days to arrive.

The delivery address is within the 48 contiguous states

Shipping time depends on what type of shipping you choose. Usually, orders take 5 - 7 business days to process before they ship. If you want to rush an order, give us a call at 866-570-3842.

Standard ground shipping takes around 10 business days from the time you place the order. If you select priority shipping (next-day or second-day), your order will only take about 7 business days to arrive.

The delivery address is outside the 48 contiguous states

Orders shipping outside the 48 contiguous states might take longer, depending on the area. The shipping method, delivery location, and production time are some of the factors that affect the delivery time.

When you order online and enter your shipping address, you’ll see a more precise estimate of your order’s delivery date.

We calculate shipping and handling fees based on the following factors:

  • Weight of the package
  • Selected carrier
  • ZIP code of the shipping destination
  • Fuel surcharges determined by the carrier
  • Other charges (Examples: residential, commercial, and rural fees)

The shipping carrier requires the signature of someone at your delivery address before they release your package.

Choose this if you don’t want your package to be left at your door without someone at your delivery address to sign for it.

Note: We don’t recommend this option if no one at your shipping address can sign for the package.

If no one at your address signs your package after three delivery attempts, it'll be returned to us. Or you can go to the shipping carrier’s facility to pick up the package if you miss their first delivery attempt.
