What should I do if the lines on the invoice are missing?

Increase the margins on your standard form to fix the width. To do this:

  1. Open a report, then select the Print icon.
  2. Select QuickBooks.
  3. Select Options or Margins to choose your alignment.
  4. Select Print.

Some printers can't print the width for standard forms. You can use custom forms to have larger margins.

How do I fix the error "Printing checks is not allowed with two-sided duplex printing turned on"?

To fix this error:

  1. Open any Report.
  2. Select the print icon on the report to open the Print Settings.
  3. Select Presets then select either Default setting or Last Used Setting, whichever one wasn't selected before.
    1. Note: if you don't see Presets select Show Details.
  4. After changing this, close the report and try to print the check again.
