An update made on your Woocommerce Product cannot be applied to your QuickBooks Commerce product. Please login to your Woocommerce store and make sure that variations under this product have unique SKUs. | 1. Go to WooCommerce and set a unique SKU to the product. 2. In QuickBooks Commerce, go to My Apps. 3. Select Woocommerce, then Logs. 4. Select Retry. |
cannot be imported because a currency with the does not exist in your account. Please go to Settings and add the missing currency for | Check the currency settings in QuickBooks. QuickBooks Commerce failed to import your Woocommerce Product . Validation failed: Name can’t be blank | Check WooCommerce and make sure there’s a product name. Then, retry the error on the logs. 1. In QuickBooks Commerce, go to My Apps. 2. Select Woocommerce, then Logs. 3. Select Retry. |
Validation failed: Initial stock level must be less than 10000000 | In WooCommerce, set the initial stock level to less than 10M. |
Your SSL certificate on URL has been expired | Reach out to your WooCommerce developer or webmaster to renew your SSL certificate. |
Validation failed: Weight unit is not included in the list | Add a weight unit to the product in WooCommerce. Then, retry the error on the logs. 1. In QuickBooks Commerce, go to My Apps. 2. Select Woocommerce, then Logs. 3. Select Retry. |
Data Sync with WooCommerce - Connection unavailable | 1. Check if the SSL is expired. 2. Select Integrations, then select Woocommerce. 3. In the Bulk Actions for Error Logs section, select API Authenticated? to remove authentication (it will force the reauthentication). 4. Make sure to use the correct URL. To check, go to the customer’s website and see if the address includes www or not. |
