This article outlines the steps on how to accept a returned or exchange of product in Point of Sale.

  1. From the Home screen, select I want to and select Accept Return/Exchange.
  2. Search for the desired transaction and click to select the checkbox on the right side of the desired transaction.
  3. Select Return and then, Add selected items.
  4. Select the appropriate payment method and follow the prompts.
  5. Select Save Only or Save & Print.User-added image
