QuickBooks Commerce lets you bundle products and variants that customers buy together. This helps you record your sales without having to select each product every time. Here’s how.
Note: You need to add products and variants to your inventory before you can create a bundle. If you want to create multiple bundles, use the Bundle Converter tool.
Create a bundle
To help save time when you record sales, here’s how to create a bundle of your products.
- Go to Inventory.
- Select the product you want to include in the bundle.
- Select Add a Bundle.
- Enter the name and other details of the bundle as required, then select Save changes.
- In the VARIANT NAME column, add a product or variant in the bundle.
Note: You can also search by SKU. - Select + Add a variant to add more products and variants.
Tip: You can adjust the quantity of the products and variants as needed. - Select Save changes.
After you create a bundle, it’ll show up in the list of variants. You can then open the bundle, then add or update info as needed.
Publish your bundle to sales channels
The bundles you create are automatically published to your B2B store. If you want to publish in other sales channels, here’s how.
Note: Only Shopify, WooCommerce, and Squarespace support publishing products directly from QuickBooks Commerce. With Amazon and eBay, you need to create the bundle from the marketplace, then link it to QuickBooks Commerce.
- Go to Inventory.
- Select the product that contains the bundle you want to publish.
- Select the bundle you want to publish.
- Select the Sales Channels tab.
- In the ACTION column, select the sales channels you want to publish your bundle to.
