The automation tool lets you add a discount for new B2B ecommerce platform customers in QuickBooks Commerce. It helps boost marketing for your business.
Edit the workflow template
Set up your discount template, so you don’t have to add it every time.
- Go to Sales Orders, then select Automation.
Note: If you haven’t yet, authorize the automation tool. - Find Add Discount for New B2B eCommerce Platform Customers, then select Edit before using this template. All fields are pre-filled.
- In the “Then” section, the discount amount is set to $25.00, but you can change it anytime. Use the minus (-) sign before the amount to indicate the discount.
- Select Save. The discount applies to new orders once you save the workflow.
